Inspector Norino Vastai, for the umpteenth time, read the note sent to him by post. Notwithstanding the effort that his colleagues had made to track down the sender of the message, these attempts had not yielded anything. It would also have proved impossible to detect the person in question through the specific location from which the message was sent.

The laser coding of the shipment indicated that the letter was posted in P.O. Box 2509 Sanctuary. But even with the many fixed cameras in the streets or the mobile spybots that were surveillance some parts of the city, one couldn't screen the mailboxes all. Perhaps this would have been possible, knowing that one had to keep an eye on that mailbox if one had programmed a number of cameras in advance. After examining the relevant postbox, it turned out that it was just in a blind spot of the fixed cameras.. Coincidence or intended?

Not that Norino Vastai could not initially 'read' the text or that he did not know who had written those roaring strange words. The databases of before the ' Great War' were fortunately preserved for humanity and had already revealed to him the name of the original writer of these words. They had given up that he had in hand an extract of Mozart's Requiem. Unfortunately, the translation of this text was not available in the databases of the Security Service and it was a language he was not able to. The history before the destruction of a part of the world was a piece of relic and a silent witness how man had helped his own demise. There were books, pieces of music, biographies, photographs of monuments and sights and many other things kept in these databases. He looked at the jolly handwriting and read the note again.
