Rest... a particularly good.

Good morning,
Rest... something beautiful when you think about it, right?
It could calm you down, so to speak.
Rest, is like nothing at all (have to)...
Rest, is like silence around you...
Rest, is like satisfaction in your thoughts...
Rest, is like balance in your feelings and in life...
Only, there can be unrest if there is a search for answers. Something from the outside keeps you busy and you can not place it.
Influences that keep you away from your rest, thoughts that turn high and multiply in situations that are increasingly difficult to control.
A constructive energy that can no longer discharge after that, so you can't see the trees through the woods. Consequent...? Panic or maybe stress, you can!
But maybe discharging is taking a step back? Maybe it will help to write everything down so that it's not in your head anymore? Or does it have to do with acceptance of a particular situation?
Provided that nothing “has to” but everything can and may, that you can and can control yourself!
Well, maybe some situations don't work! (For said is harder than done). Sometimes it's good to realize that and step away, to give yourself this important rest.
Where you give and give yourself that moment, you create space to (perhaps) get or confirm a clear answer.
Rest... a particularly good, everyone needs it, don't you think...?
