Review: Adam by Peter Stallone

When you see the beautiful and soothing cover of Adam by Peter Stallone, you want to know who the boy on the cover is and what his story is. It's nice that the cover runs from the side to the back. When reading the title, you get the suspicion that it is the name of the boy on the cover. The subtitles clearly indicate what you can expect from the book.
Peter Stallone's Adam recounts the first twenty-six years of Adam's life. As a baby, Adam was found on the estate of wealthy doctor and environmental activist Richman. His estate consists of a large country house, a beautiful garden and a gigantic mountain forest that no one dares enter. Indeed, Richman has made people believe that there is life-threatening radiation in his field. It is stipulated that Adam should not come into contact with the temptations of the materialistic outside world until he is twenty-one years old. He must stay on the estate until he is twenty-one. Until then, he is raised by the housekeeper, who raises him as her own son. As he grows older and after discovering something, he wants to go out into the outside world and bombards his teachers with countless questions that not every teacher is equally happy about.
