When you see the beautiful cover of Bang bird by Michelle Trines, you want to know how the person's head is so full and whether the person has been able to empty their backpack a bit. It's nice that the cover runs from the side to the back. When you read the title, you already get an idea of what awaits you in the book. The subtitle clearly shows what you can expect in the book.
In Bang little bird by Michelle Trines, the author talks about her life with an anxiety disorder. She explains how it started, what she felt during the panic attacks, how she concealed it to others, what steps she took to help, and how she finally managed to recover from her anxiety disorder. To do so, she had to travel a long path, which, in retrospect, could have been much shorter if she had listened to her body more closely. But before she found out, she had been to various psychologists, was forced to stop everything she did, and lived again with her father, who tried to help and support her as much as possible.
