The supermarkets are currently full of the most luxurious ingredients for our Christmas dinners. I walk past it all, it's all way too expensive for me. But yesterday I caught my eye on a package at AH with a discount sticker on it. There was a small bottle pump in it, and I like it very much. So far I've always made soup out of it, so to make it a hasselback seemed nice. Normally it is made with potatoes.

It's a very simple recipe:

You peel the pumpkin, cut it lengthwise in half and take out the seeds. Then cut the two halves just not all the way around the cm. You press the lime above and brush them with the sachet of ras el haout-oil. Then spread the finely chopped garlic and the forest onion cut into rings. Well wrap in aluminum foil and it was cooked in the preheated oven to 230 degrees in 35 minutes.

When the pumpkin is soft, sprinkle the crumble (coarse-breadcrumbs) on top. And you let the foil open for another 5 minutes to color in the oven.
It was delicious!

A fantastic alternative to hasselback potatoes. Add your favorite vegetables and you can come up with your Christmas dinner.

It is a healthy package without sugar and very little salt. The only minus I could discover is that there is palm oil in the crumble. And if you've read the blog below, you'd rather not use it. And I would prefer to use something more environmentally friendly for the aluminium foil. If someone has an idea?
