Review of Team Rami by Marijke Teeuw

When you see the beautiful cover of Team Rami van Marijke Teeuw, you want to know who the children are and what their backstory is. You want to know what happened to the boy, who only has one leg,. You also want to know what happened to the girl, the bandage around her head, and why she is holding another girl with the stick. You want to know if the children are related in any way or if they are a group of friends. Even if you can't see the faces, it's at least clear that they're a close-knit group that works for each other. The title makes you curious about the book. The drawings in the book complete the book and make it attractive for children to read the book.
Team Rami van Marijke Teeuw is about Rami. Rami is a boy with a heart of gold who unfortunately experienced a little too much in his young life. He lives in a park, in a bush house, which he at one point shares with five other children, who also have their stories about why they are without parents.
