Review “You can't do anything!” by Eduard Poot

When you see the nice cover of “You can't do anything, right!'by Eduard Poot, do you want to know who the two boys in the picture are and what their story is. You get an idea which boy plays the leading role in this book. It can be imagined that the title of the book feels painful for many people, because they themselves have often heard that sentence in the past. You therefore get an idea that one of the boys in the picture has heard that many times and that must have been painful, to put it mildly. The subtitle gives away a tip, but it also shows that the author loves his brother very much.
In “You can't do anything, right!'by Eduard Poot, the author tells the story of his elder brother, who is autistic. The author explains how that impacted the family he grew up in, how differently he and his younger brother and sister felt about their big brother. The story is not only about the impact that Ricky's autism had on the family, but also outside the family, at school and later in his working life.
