Setting aside traditional laptops used for studios and small businesses, and the excellent laptops used to play this year's most demanding video games.
I loved the new trend, 2-in-1 laptops. Perfect for comfort and designers.
It is a convertible 2-in-1 Windows laptop with a 360 degree hinge, includes a stylus pen that you can connect to the laptop for charging. It has a compact and lightweight design that makes it very portable and feels well built and sturdy.
Its battery lasts approximately 9 hours of light productivity, which is enough to get you through a normal day at work or school, but you may need to plug it in for fast charging if you run more intensive applications. The screen is crisp, the keyboard is comfortable for typing for extended periods, and the touchpad works well.
It has a sleek, modern design with slim bezels on three sides and a slightly thicker lower chin. It has a small edge on the top edge so that there is enough room for the camera, and it also provides a place to grab hold when opening the laptop.
It has a great build quality. It has a full aluminum chassis that feels sturdy and stiff, showing only a small amount of flex in the screen and keyboard .
It has a good hinge. Feels soft when opening and closing the lid, and is stable, with very little play or wobble.
You can't open the laptop completely with one hand, as there is too much resistance once it reaches 90 degrees, which may disappoint some as it is a good quality of life feature that gives the laptop a top notch feel.
It has two viewing options: a 1080p or 4k panel, images and text still look sharp as its pixel density remains high.
The 4k panel looks sharper since it has a pixel density of 315 PPI; however, the difference is difficult to notice at normal viewing distances, and the higher resolution also significantly shortens battery life.
It has a great keyboard. The keys are a good size and stable, with enough space between them, and the design is standard and easy to adapt. Keys feel high quality
It has a good selection of ports. USB-A port supports USB 32 Gen 1 data transfer rate (up to 5 Gbps).
The two USB-C ports support Thunderbolt 4 (up to 40 Gbps), USB 32 Gen 2 (up to 10 Gbps), Power Delivery 30 charging speed, and video output of up to two 4k displays at 60 Hz.
The USB-C ports are always turned on, which means you can use them to charge another device even when the laptop is in sleep mode.
conclusion
It's one of the best 2-in-1 convertible laptops in terms of user experience. It's essentially a more premium version of the Lenovo Yoga 7i 14 with a tougher build, a brighter screen and better sounding speakers. However, it accelerates much more under load than other laptops with an Intel 11 CPU.th generation similar, such as Framework Laptop.
