Today I share this delicious recipe for rice pudding, a delicious dessert that you can enjoy with your family and friends, these are the
ingredients
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
2 cups of whole milk
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoonful of lime zest
1½ cup of sugar
1½ cup raisins (optional)
Ground cinnamon

Preparation.
By following our simple steps and using ingredients that you are sure to have in your pantry, you will learn how to make delicious rice pudding. In less than 30 minutes you can enjoy this cold dessert that you can also prepare in advance!

Rinse the Rice in cold water until the liquid is a clear color. in cold water until the water runs clear. Drain off any excess water. Then heat water in a medium saucepan to a boil.

When the water starts to boil, add the rice, reduce heat to low and cook, without covering the container, for 15 minutes. After this time, add milk, cinnamon sticks, lime zest and sugar.

Then cook the rice again with the rest of the ingredients for 15 minutes, stirring the contents of the pot from time to time. When the rice is ready, remove the cinnamon sticks.
Optional: serve the result with raisins and a little ground cinnamon.
