Rice with chicken
#recipe Rice with chicken.
Chop and wash the chicken into small pieces.
We cook with a few cups of water.
Add a spoonful of crushed garlic, a cup of chopped chives and onions.
We stir and let cook.
To which we are adding Carmencita (powder dye) while cooking.
Add Maggi Cubes (Venezuelan product) Stir well and let cook. If you need more color we add a little more. Carmencita does not have any flavor, it only gives a yellow to orange color to the food. If it merits, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Then we add the chopped carrot. and let's cook.
In a short time we add the chopped potato. We let cook. Always covered after stirring.
Last we add the fiery rice. mix well, cover for 5 to 10 minutes. Add raw chives and put out.
Our chicken rice is ready.
