Ingredients
Serving: 2 persons
2 eggs (medium size)
200 gram tender stem broccoli
½ tablespoon of turmeric
½ tablespoon of rapeseed oil
1 tablespoon of garam masala
1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds
4 slices of whole bread
Directions
• Preheat the oven to 200C.
• Take a medium-size bowl and mix oil, garam masala, turmeric to make a smooth mixture.
• Take a baking tray and put broccoli in the tray. Put oil and spice mixture on the broccoli.
• Bake the broccoli for 10 to 15 until tender.
• Take a small pan and bring water to boil.
• When you see bubbles in the water, put eggs in the water and let them boil for 6 to 8 minutes.
• After boiling the egg, rinse with cold water and peel them.
• Cut the boiled eggs into two slices.
• Now take 2 slices of bread and toast them. After toasting, spread the yogurt on to the slices.
• On top of slices, put roasted broccoli and egg piece.
• Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on the slices and enjoy the healthy breakfast.
