Rolling of ground meat

The Baked Meat Rolling is an ideal dish for those family gatherings, events and celebrations where you want to prepare a different but easy and tasty recipe at the same time, such as Christmas or New Year.
Ingredients for making Rolling of ground meat in the oven:
450 grams of ground meat without fat
1 chopped onion
1 jar of Worcestershire sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
3 eggs
¼ Kg of carrots
¼ Kg of dads
½ Kg mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
In a bowl place the ground meat and the seasonings with salt garlic pepper allspike oil and chopped onion, add 1 egg and breadcrumbs to mix everything until you get an easy to spread dough
Cook 2 eggs and ¼ kg of potatoes and carrots and spades in julienne after cooked
Spread the meat in foil add the mozzarella cheese and then the boiled eggs with the potato and carrot, roll it carefully put in the oven for 20min
Allow to cool in the fridge and then cut into slices
