It's the regular paper bags, made of recycled paper. If you have bags (with handles), take the handles all the way. Place the bag flat on the table and let the kids paint the bag with brown paint. Fold the top points inward and fold the whole thing forward in a point. Stick a cut out round of paper as a nose. You could also have it punched by the kids.or pull a glass with pencil and have it cut out.

Transfer the children's hands onto kraft paper or brown cover paper/solid brown paper. Cut out and stick. Stick a black round in a larger white round and stick it on the pocket.

Let the kids tear and stick small pieces of light brown paper on a rectangular strip of dark brown paper. At the end, fold the strip diagonally (see right in picture). Stick the letter (the New Year's wish) at the back and fold a piece of brown so that the letter is in a kind of envelope. Stick a red round as the nose, eyes and of course the antlers made of solid paper.

Do you have plastic jars or glass jars left? Fill them with chocolate balls and stick eyelets and a red pump on the outside. Turn brown chenille thread around the closure/threaded into a fun deer antler.
