hay personas que tienen como regla de vida querer ser mas espiritual pero tambien esta:

 LA FALSA ESPIRITUALIDAD

Si soy espiritual no me puedo enojar
*No puedo ser vulnerable
*No puedo estar triste
*Tengo que tener fe y confianza
*Tengo que estar positivo

La perfección impuesta, es la mayor falacia que han vendido los espirituales o aquellos que pretenden serlo.
No eres mas espiritual, por simular ser perfecto y nunca molestarte por nada.
Si el momento lo requiere:

*Debes ir a tus infiernos.
*Debes ver frente a frente a tus demonios.
*Debes dejarlos vivir y ser.
*Debes permitir a tu sombra, manifestarse, sin que dañe a otros en esa manifestación, pero sin que te dañe a tí por dejarla dentro.
*Debes encontrarte con tus miedos y atravesarlos.
*Encontrarte con tu dolor y dejarlo exteriorizarse, y llorarlo, y gritarlo, y aporrear almohadas
Acepta tu lado vulnerable.
Tu cansancio.
Tu apatía.
Tu desgano.
Tú hartazgo.
Tus frustraciones e impotencia.

¿Quieres aumentar tu luz?
Primero ve a conocer tu sombra.
Hasta que no hagas las paces, con todo lo que eres no te conocerás.
A veces un rato ángel, un rato demonio...
Un rato luz y un rato sombras...
y después podrás elegir qué quieres SER...
