Sabias que el ajo con leche es un té saludable

En estos tiempos donde el covid 19 todavía presente en nuestras vidas debemos cuidarnos tomando entre otras cosas bebidas calientes como tes o infusiones que ayudan a proteger el organismo subiendo nuestras defensas. A consecuencia han salido infinidad de infusiones naturales conocidas como el té de toronjil , malojillo , albahaca , manzanilla y muchos otros. Una amiga me recomendó una infusión que su abuela les daba a ellos que era leche con ajo y me pasó la receta . Investigando los beneficios de esta infusión indica unos muy buenos como : fortalece el sistema inmunológico , alivia el asma , quita la tos, trata la neumonía, el resfriado,la circulación y muchos otros beneficios.
Receta : 10 dientes de ajo
1 lt de leche
1 cuchara pequeña de
de cúrcuma.
Hervir la leche con el ajo y la cúrcuma colarlo y tomar un vaso en la mañana y otro en la noche solo únicamente por tres días seguidos
