You have to give it something...

That kids are growing, that's a really good sign - I know. But that they grow so hard..., I find it a bit difficult sometimes. πŸ˜ŠπŸ’œ The little one is just completely finished: of course they are still small, but they are not mini anymore... Their feet are no longer like that.

The sale has started and I love it so much. It's really my favorite moment to make some effort.
So I went into the shoe store with five kids. Yes, with the - because of me - so hated thing on my head. Luckily, the kids don't have to.

Fifty discounts and also a whole shelf with '2nd free'. Lucky me!

They know I'm strict - if I go somewhere alone with five eaters they have to stay in my field of vision and they stick to that very well. Lucky me!

Pressure was fitting: one had liked something faster than the other, which caused some crooked faces. Another liked the not discounted shoes again, so he had the pe in that she was whistled back. Another one really wanted only fat animal slippers. A little less lucky me...

I mainly watched the store on my knees: tie laces, pull out laces so that bare paws could get in a bit easier, check Velcro straps, feel toes, etc. The carpet should be sucked a little better there. They smelled pretty, too, those baby legs. I didn't feel so lucky sometimes...

After having pulled the half-shoe stock on and off for 45 minutes - always paying attention to the right combination (of the same amount a second - for optimal discount) and sometimes having whistled back some children, they all had a nice pair - two of the couple even two pairs. For lack of oxygen, I hung my mouth cap on my chin, no one could see it - I was still on all fours. My shirt could wring you out, but the mission succeeded!! Lucky me!

Soon found a nice set for Amelie: she started developing in a feminine way and it was time to buy her a nice set of underwear.
On the way to the cash register also a bundle of socks - it could not work out.

I had puzzled and counted well: for 39 euros I had all this in my pocket! Ohhhh, what did I feel lucky! The smell of sweatpooching, the wet shirt, the lack of oxygen, the dirty carpet, the sore knees, the anger burst of a male who didn't get a squirrel hug and the flammable Anieka who also blew two pairs, I would have liked to do that.

β€œMom..., I don't even remember how long it's been since I got shoes from a real store...”
β€œThank you, Mom..., also for my new underwear...”

People, I'm rotten! But oh..., there's no one who can outtrude me today in 'lucky'!
