Today we drive to the other peninsula in our neighbourhood. Near the airport ofAlghero is a national park.

On the way there I see on the map that we are near a lake. We take the exit and get to theLake Baratz. We park our car where we see the blue of the lake twilight between the pines. The pine spreads a pleasant, fresh scent.
We're all alone. Only unspoiled nature, crickets and bird sounds.
If we talk about it later with our host, it turns out to be the only freshwater lake in Sardinia.
