Dona vida y salva una vida

#save Hace días he estado pensando que quiero donar sangre nuevamente, de hecho ésta semana he estado buscando el banco de sangre mas cercano a donde vivo. Realmente hacer esto me gusta, porque aparte que ayudas a alguien, también tiene un beneficio para ti, así que te cuento.

Cuando donas sangre no solo ayudas a una persona sino que esto también te beneficia porque la sangre fluye mejor y de manera menos perjudicial para el revestimiento de los vasos sanguíneos. Esto significa menor bloqueo arterial y menor riesgo a sufrir un ataque al corazón y accidentes cerebrovasculares. Y no solo es este beneficio, también hay otros, pero en ámbito general te ayuda a gozar de una mejor salud.

Así que si tienes mas de 18 años y pesas mas de 50 kg, puedes donar para ayudar a los que mas necesitan en estos momentos, se que tal vez te da un poco de temor si es la primera vez que vas a donar, pero creeme que por experiencia no es nada doloroso.
