I have always thought that we should apply this theory in our lives, but doing good without expecting anything in return, because the universe will return it.
This is "The law of cause and effect". Every cause has its effect, every effect has its cause.
From my own experience, when you do good or selflessly help someone, be it a person or an animal, you realize that good things happen to you.
Our actions and words reach us sooner or later in such an exact way that we are astonished.
What you do to others hurts yourself, if you give love you get love back, but if you throw stones or blows that is what you will receive.
In the course of my life I have gotten Angels on my way, I have been blessed by it, I have tried not to hurt anyone and when I have done it unconsciously and I realize it I have felt very bad, because I always put myself in the other person's shoes. A saying that I practice a lot is "Do good and don't look at who".
We must believe in the law of the boomerang, everything that goes to the other side comes back to you immediately, whether it is good or bad.

La vida es un Boomerang
Siempre he pensado que nosotros debemos aplicar está teoría en nuestras vidas, pero haciendo el bien sin esperar nada a cambio, porque el universo se encargará de devolvertelo.
Esto es " La ley de causa y efecto"
Toda causa tiene su efecto, todo efecto tiene su causa.
Por vivencias y experiencia propias lo he vivido, cuando haces un bien ó ayudas desinteresadamente a alguien, sea una persona o algún animalito, te das cuenta que te pasan cosas buenas.
Nuestros actos y palabras llegan a nosotros tarde o temprano de una manera tan exacta que nos quedamos asombrados.
Aquello que le hagas a los demás te hace daño a ti mismo, si das amor te devuelven amor, pero si lanzas piedras o golpes eso es lo que vas a recibir.
En el recorrido de mi vida me he conseguido Ángeles en mi camino, he sido bendecida por ello, he tratado de no hacerle daño a nadie y cuando lo he hecho inconscientemente y me doy cuenta me he sentido muy mal, porque siempre me pongo en el calzado de la otra persona.
Un dicho que practico mucho es "Has el bien y no mires a quien"
Debemos creer en la ley del búmeran todo lo que va para el otro lado regresa a ti inmediatamente, sea bueno o sea malo
