Savings challenge - my savings schedule
Most people have had their holidays, are well equipped and can face it for another year. However, such a holiday is always a good amount of money spent in two weeks. It hurts me a bit every time when I think I have my savings account up nicely, but I didn't take the holiday into account for a moment. And that's why I'm just saving all year round these days using the savings challenge!
I googled a lot and searched Pinterest. Here I liked some savings tips and challenges, but nothing I seemed to be doing at the time. Most savings challenges depend on the week number: Is it week 1? then you put 1 euro in the piggy bank. in week 2 you do 2 euros, in week 3. etc. How to save 1378 euros in one year. But this schedule would mean that I would hardly spare at the beginning of the year, so as not to have room in my budget for Christmas presents and a family dinner party at the end of the year.
Although I really liked the idea of a challenge, this setup didn't fit me anyway. That's why I've been sliding in so I would save about the same amount throughout the year! For example, I have a challenge that keeps me driven to keep my 'assignment' every week, but it is adapted to how I could keep it up.

Maar loop er een klein beetje mee achter, haha, gelukkig krijg ik binnenkort geld van mijn studentenjob en kan ik dus daarvan aan de kant leggen. Zo heb ik het snel weer ingehaald. :)
