Sea turtle plotted with Fat. Doest, Hans and Tessa

Sunday we and veterinarian Doest here on Curaçao expelled a sea turtle who accidentally swallowed a fish hook. After surgery, we release the animal as soon as possible. This weighs 25 kg.

And besides a busy veterinarian practice on the island was operated on by Odette Doest. She does the reception and repair of such 'accidents' all pro bono, which is why all income from this post goes to her foundation: @Fundashon Animal and Education Caribbean

Mijn volgende kinderboek gaat over plastic soep. Hierin komt ook een zeeschildpad voor die gered wordt.

Wat fijn om te mogen zien dat het dier weer verlost is van de pijn en weer vrij kan zwemmen! Mooi!
