Ingredients
- 50 g oat flakes
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds)
- 2 tbsp dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, or dried apricots)
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Preparation method
- Prepare oat flakes : Put the oat flakes in a mixing bowl.
- Add seeds and dried fruit : Add the mixed seeds and dried fruit to the oat flakes.
- Add chocolate chips : Stir in the chocolate chips for a sweet touch.
- Mix well : Mix all ingredients thoroughly into an even mix.
