  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds (such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds)
  • 2 tbsp dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, or dried apricots)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Preparation method

  1. Prepare oat flakes : Put the oat flakes in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add seeds and dried fruit : Add the mixed seeds and dried fruit to the oat flakes.
  3. Add chocolate chips : Stir in the chocolate chips for a sweet touch.
  4. Mix well : Mix all ingredients thoroughly into an even mix.
  5. Serving : Serve immediately with a splash of milk, plant-based milk or yoghurt for a complete breakfast.
