This life is really nothing for us, really not at all!
The people we replace keep the animals (sheep and pigs) for the meat. The donkeys are therapeutic.
I don't have much with the donkeys, even though they are funny. They're just too stubborn to me - maybe we're a little too much together.
The pigs are so sweet. We all love them; if the children don't feel so good, they start to hug, after five minutes they feel good again.
Mommy pig threw three times, last time she pulled it bad. They had to take away piglets so she could breathe a little more - this was the last time for her. When the people from here return, the mother will stay elsewhere, where she will be fattened and then transport her back here for slaughter...
The sheep hangs the same fate over their heads. Thomas and Tim are a year, they could be dangerous, so they should be slaughtered. The females they don't want a young boy from should also go...
And this is why I find this environment breathtaking, but I'm not in my place here.
Yesterday I was in the meadow taking a break. Thomas first gave me a few cups and then came to lie next to me. It was like a dog...
That these critters should be slaughtered..., it breaks my heart - I have been vegetarian for about twenty years... #zelfvoorzienendleven #natuurlijkouderschap #schapen #varkens #ezels #slachten #vlees #vegetarisch #nomeat #eatnomeat #frankrijk
