I find it very funny that this blessed bread is in the form of sticks. But it is so tasty that I have already bought it many times, in addition, it is very comfortable to eat it, and to store it too, in case you want to save it for someone else as a gift, they mold very well! They are soft, long, comfortable to chew, sweet, with an exquisite flavor and are very simple to prepare. I will explain it to you next!

Simple preparation for rich and tasty GRISSINI Bread*

Ingredients: 500 grams of gluten-free flour. 20 grams of yeast 250 milliliters of warm water. 6 large tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar. And finally, Spices to your liking

Preparation in the kitchen:

1- We have to leave all the named ingredients, ready in the kitchen. And for the spices, you can use oregano, sesame, flake salt, garlic powder, herbs de Provence, etc…

2- Take a container and dilute the fresh yeast in half the warm water. Add the salt and sugar, mix and let it sit for a few minutes.

3- Meanwhile, we take another bowl, or a mixer if we have, and place the flour and oil. We begin to mix and add the water little by little to obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps. If we don't have a mixer, we can mix with a spoon, fork, spatula, etc. The important thing is to do it calmly but without stopping.

4- Once the Misses' dough is obtained, we divide it into several parts. Each part will be flavored with a spice, so you should divide it into as many types of rolls as you want to prepare.

5- Add the spice you want to the portion of dough, knead to integrate it, form a ball, put it in a bowl, cover it with a clean cloth and let it rest for an hour. And you must carry out this same process with the other balls of dough that you have made.

6- After the rest time, knead the dough for a few more seconds and form a roll with each portion of dough.

7- Cut the roll into slices and make sticks. The measures of the grissinis can vary according to your personal taste.

8- Take a tray suitable for the oven, line it with baking paper and place the Panes Señorita on top. Cover them with a damp cloth and let them rest for another 30 minutes. When there is little time left, preheat the oven to 200ºC.

9- Remove the cloth and bake the bread sticks for 15-20 minutes, depending on the power of your oven.

When they are ready, remove them and let them cool down. Ready! Easy, right? We can accompany them with homemade spreadable creams.
