As the days get shorter and the ambient temperature colder, the trees gradually stop photosynthesis. Then they go into hibernation.

They first collect the chloroform from their leaves. As a result, the summer pigments disappear and the underlying ones appear.Which brings beautiful warm colors.

The sugars they previously collected are collected in their roots.
