Seven-leaf pesto.
It's spring and the green wild vegetable shoots out of the ground again.
This is how I always go looking for the young shoots in this time.

Ingredients:
1. big hand young cut Seven leaf .
2. a few young nettle tops.
3. Sesame oil or olive oil as needed.

4. Ev. pair of young leaves look without look
5. Celtic sea salt
6. pepper
7. Walnuts, cachenotes or Brazil nuts.
8. some sesame seeds and mustard seeds
append.
9. Garlic clove.

After having cut everything small
you can put it together in the mortar and grind it finely to create a beautiful structure. Add some sesame seeds and mustard seeds and serve it with the toasts. Delicious while sipping a red wine on a sultry spring evening.
