Have you ever started a diet with a girlfriend? Or do you have plans to start losing weight together with your bestie now that the extra pounds are in your way?
A common mistake my clients make before working with me is following a “common” diet or the same weekly menu.
Maybe your bestie will drop by 1500 calories (if you are the same age and weight) but if you are taller or move more then you probably need more calories to achieve your goals 🤗
This way you avoid eating too little and eating binges 💔 which often causes weight gain!
So, let this be a kind reminder that if you work with your bestie on your goals... it does not mean that you should eat EXACTLY like her! 😝
