Shoulder bag making leather jacket (without sewing) DIY
During a holiday in Florence, I bought a leather jacket for my eldest son years ago. He loved it and when the moment came when he had grown and couldn't handle it anymore he was “not amused”, he couldn't say goodbye to it. I couldn't get it over my heart to get rid of this jacket, there were so many memories attached to it that I put it away. I regularly encountered it during clean-up showers and every time it moved to a different place until at one point I thought that I could make it a TAS. It was a jacket made of very soft and supple leather. Because I didn't have any examples of how to handle this, I just started it. After all, I knew what a bag had to meet, didn't I? And I thought I'd come out with a little logic and that turned out to be true. I also thought that sewing was not an option and that I had to assemble this bag with the help of the glue gun. I would find out later if this worked and would be strong enough. The glue gun turned out to be ideal for it. It's still assembled and I use the bag regularly.

What do you need?
- Jacket made of leather (if you do not have a leather jacket it can also be done with a coat of another material)
Lijmen zou ik nooit opgekomen zijn
