Beautiful Silence

I found a spot beneath a sweet smelling tree sometimes ago. To me, it was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the beautiful silence of nature.
I had tagged the sweet smelling tree as my 'tree friend' as its beneath became my favorite spot.
I enjoyed the calming effect the silence had on my mind and psychological behavior.
It activates my brain's default mode network. I enjoyed the space to daydream, meditate, fantasize and reflect in a relaxed state of heightened awareness.

Silence is one precious thing we all should enjoy. Its positive psychological effect is distinct and beautiful.
