I hate the fitness; - (

I have decided to exercise extra this year, I want to lose 10kg of weight and work on my condition. By the #fybromialgie # my weight sometimes fluctuates 10kg on a year, both losing weight and resting. Now I'm certainly not at my toughest but I feel better when I lose a few pounds. I know very well that every pound goes through the mouth and that air and water don't make you fat. I know my bad habits very well. I'm sure I'm a sugar addict. Something urgently needs to be done to my condition, which is like a pole above water.

I can crash diets, but that's unhealthy and doesn't make any sense. I can go to the weight watchers, but I can't keep that up. I get the best done on my own. No more soda and at least 2 liters of water. No sweet snacks and no more sweets or bubbling after dinner. I don't like spending money to go in for sports so it all has to be #gratis # are.

Furthermore, I'm going to move more consciously and build this up. Below are some tips on how to move more in your daily routines. No or little extra time and totally free.
