Want to do some crafting for Sinterklaas? With wooden popsicle sticks you can make various Sint crafts! We made 6 examples of lollipop sticks to inspire you: gifts, a mitre, the staff, a clog, carrots, a hat, a fireplace and we even tried Saint's horse so quickly. Although it looks a bit like a llama, haha. But maybe he inspires you a bit, and you know how to make a nicer horse out of wooden ice sticks! Please send us a photo of your creations? Then we can add the photo below!

We already used colored popsicle sticks and also some blank ice sticks. Of course, you can paint the blank sticks, before or just afterwards, whatever you like best. Cutting the sticks is actually not really difficult. You must have a good pair of sturdy scissors and then you can cut, piece by piece, snapping with the scissors. (So don't want to cut all at once).

Also put the all glue ready, some colored paper/thin cardboard, some wobble eyes and some markers. Then you will come a long way and the ideas will come up naturally!

Draw the shape of a clog on thick yellow paper (or trace this pattern).

Cut out the paper clog, then cover it with sticks. Only when the glue has completely dried, you can cut out the shape. That takes some getting used to at first, but I'm sure you can do that!
