Smoothie... a good start to the day...
Now that I'm at home #blijfinuwkot and in the morning I really have lots of time to get ready because I don't have to go anywhere anyway, I decided to share my daily smoothie and the recipe with you. The vitamins you get through it will benefit your health anyway...
I make my smoothies in a blender, but with a high measuring cup and a hand blender it also works, make sure you keep the blender well on the bottom because you really don't want a smoothie explosion in your kitchen.
