Low-carbohydrate smoothies, the most ideal drinks during busy mornings. Quickly ready, and can be used anywhere. I myself am big of low-carbohydrate smoothies, and I always make sure I have my smoothie ready before the kids come down. This way I can take a sip in between every time and start the day with a well-filled stomach. Smoothies are perfect for starting the day and getting a good vegetable shot. I'm gonna give you my two favorite low-carb smoothie recipes of this moment.
