Some topics of opinion that deserve attention
Debating leads us to see different opinions and points of view on specific issues on which there are divergent opinions. It makes it possible for us to exchange perspectives and build a more complete vision about reality. It also favors critical thinking, thanks, among other things, to the need to exercise a certain mental flexibility and the use of persuasion and different discursive strategies in order to defend one's own position.
Below I will give some opinions on three issues that deserve attention.
The stigmatization of people with mental and neurological disorders Mental health and the existence of disorders and disorders is a topic that is not usually discussed in society.
These mental disorders in Latin America are highly influential and represent a significant burden for sufferers and family members. Patients usually have to deal with the stigma associated with the diagnosis they receive.
The stigma towards this mental illness causes negative consequences for patients and their families, becoming the main barrier to achieving full social inclusion. Why is there so little talk about it, what should someone with a disorder feel, the social stigma that a diagnosis entailed in the past and the way in which prejudice still exists today, how it can affect them and how they are visualized by society are some of the topics of debate proposed.
This is a topic of debate that includes a clear ethical component.

Illegal immigration
A typical topic of debate is that of illegal immigration. In this regard, it is possible to argue and discuss what produces it, what should be done in this regard, how it should be regulated, the different measures that have been taken throughout history in this regard, the risks and advantages that the unregulated entry of people into the country may entail or the treatment given socially and legally to illegal immigrants, for example.
Immigrants can leave their native land for a variety of reasons, but they generally bring new elements to their destination: more or less skilled labor, new knowledge, enrich the destination culture, and even bring new genes.
This type of migration can be permanent, or it can be temporary, when immigrants after a while return to their initial territory. It is estimated that there will be 236,288,358 immigrants in the world (in 2015, according to the World Population Index).

The causes of immigration can be diverse, including:
Poor living conditions in the country of origin.
Wars or natural tragedies.
Personal Opportunities
Climate Change
Although today it doesn't seem like a topic as in vogue as it was a few years ago, climate change and its existence has been a frequent topic in debates and discussions.
What is it, how does it affect us, the environment or the rest of the world, what should be done, who has the responsibility or aspects derived from the fight against it such as recycling or the use of fossil or natural fuels are aspects that allow us to reflect on the world in which we live
Across the world, from the Amazon to the Andes and to the snowy depths of Patagonia, extreme weather and climate change are causing mega-droughts, extreme rains, deforestation and melting glaciers throughout the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region, according to a UN report released in July of this year.
