“Soul Levels”.

In this post I share a little more about Judaism, on the topic of soul levels.

The 5 Levels of the Soul are: Yechida (or Yejidah), Chaya (or Jayah), Neshama, Rouach (or Ruakh) and Nefesh (the latter is the biological part, pure selfish desire). The human being (from 0 to 12 years for women and 13 years for men) lives exclusively at this level of Nefesh. From there, we have the opportunity to feed the level of the soul called Ruakh, and this is only done when we start a path of spirituality. Unfortunately, the bulk of the population is born, live and die at the level of Nefesh.

Ruakh is translated as encouragement, because it is from there that we begin to be responsible for our actions, and we already know that by the verb we believe. Within our spiritual goals is to make this level descend and impose itself on the level of the Nefesh (it is like the second level of the glass of water being filled).

The third level is Neshama; it is a level of enlightenment, and this is achieved individually through the absolute correction of selfish desire. The level of Neshama makes us people we receive to give permanently.

The level of Jayá, is a collective soul level: it is the assembly of all the pieces of the “puzzle”, it is the collective messianic consciousness.

And the last level, the Yejidah, is the return home, the return to the Light.
