Yoohoo. today, January 4, is National Spaghetti Day again and what better way to celebrate that than with a plate of delicious spaghetti?

You can really go in any direction with spaghetti, it doesn't matter if you like meat, fish or prefer a vegetarian alternative. Spaghetti and other pasta variants are therefore often considered comfort food. You've certainly heard of a traditional Spaghetti Bolognese, a Spaghetti Carbonara or a Pasta Pesto, but with your own creative input, you can really go in any direction. By the way, did you know that spaghetti topped with a dash of delicious olive oil and some coarse sea salt is also perfect with a nice piece of meat? After all, it doesn't always have to be potatoes. Or how about a sublime vegetable lasagna as a side dish with a tasty piece of fish?

As far as I'm concerned, delicious pasta dishes can be enjoyed all year round, no matter if we're in summer, winter, spring or autumn. So it's no wonder you're among my many recipes with the hashtag #kokenmetstip can also find a lot of pasta recipes. Have you ever tried one?

A few years ago, I also wrote a blog about spaghetti day with a recipe for making your own pasta strings. You can read it by clicking on the photo.

If you liked this blog, be sure to rate it. and uh. I'm going to spoil myself with a delicious plate of spaghetti today.
