Spanish Chicken Garlic

1 Chicken cut into pieces
4 cloves of garlic
1 dried Spanish pepper
0,5 glass of white wine
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
0.5 glass of water
Salt
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION
1.Season the chicken pieces with pepper and salt and fry them in a frying pan or frying pan with olive oil.
2. Peel the cloves of garlic and chop.
3.Take out the chicken, fry in the same oil the garlic brown.
4. Add the dried chili and add the chicken again.
5.We pour in the white wine and cook for 5 minutes.
6.Add half a glass of water, a sprig of fresh rosemary, cover and cook for another 15 minutes.

Sounds like a bit, but why is it called Spanish chicken and what is your suggestion to eat with it?? Vegetables, how ready made, idem about. rice or potatoes. Curious about your answer.
