This spicy winter soup I had made last Sunday, on the stormy day. I had already shared it on Facebook and wanted to share it here earlier, but on my smartphone Yoo.rs really doesn't work well. Now behind the laptop, I wanted to share it with you.

It is a *VEGANIAN SERCICE WINTER Soup*.

No recipe. Just a matter of seeing what I had left in the house. Parsnip, potato 🥔, carrot 🥕, onion, garlic, ginger, cloves, cardamom and thyme.

Everything nicely cut coarsely, because in it went to work with the hand blender. So why do it hard, if it can be easy.

Let it cook for a while to let the flavors soak in and then everything is soft enough to make it easy to grind with the hand blender.
