Within the perspective of the Jewish people, there are certain qualities that all spiritual leaders must possess, among them highlight the following:

PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP IN THE HEBREW CONTEXT.

1. Every Leader is put by the Eternal.
2. It is placed above the village, and its value over that of others, because its responsibility is greater.
3. Every Leader must come out in front of the people, taking the initiative while facing any difficulty or problem.
4. A Leader Must Get People Out, and Make Change Decisions That Are for the Common Good. Gaining them to establish intimacy with YHVH.
5. He must possess a good RUAH, as did YEHOSHUA son of Nun, with a RUAH HAKODESH being similar to the Eternal.
6. The Leader must be endowed with “HOD” (Majesty), splendor, greatness, dignity, glory and beauty must radiate light with his own presence.
7. He has to speak the words of the Eternal, in order to exercise authority.
8. He must be recognized by the people, and absorbs all the resources that Adonai gives him.

The Leader must go through a succession process like YEHOSHUA who is Josue the successor of Mosheh (Moses), that the laying on of hands carried out on him was with a triple purpose.
- Identification.
- Broadcast.
- Installation.
