Ingredients for making soft and fluffy vanilla cake:

1 cup liquid milk

6 Finally, beat the whites to snow and incorporate them into the final mix. The whites are beaten at the end with the aim of fast integration into the mix and provide the whites with that fluffy texture. They should not be beaten first and reserved because they tend to lose volume and this would affect the sponge cake.

Finally, add the mixture to a pre-floured tortera, and we place the amount of frootloops cereal we want, give it a few taps so that the air comes out or bubbles appear and take it to the oven at approximately 180 °C, depending on your oven, for 40 minutes or until when you insert a stick it comes out. completely dry. Then let the vanilla cake stand for about 15 minutes and proceed to unmold it. It is a rich cake to accompany your cravings.
