It's Spring Time!

Spring is here again! That means it is time to eat differently. No more winter meals for a while, but when spring arrives, we want more light food, such as a nice fresh salad, a filled wrap, asparagus, spinach quiche or salmon. I can already look forward to it. I do love the stews in the winter and in the spring you can still have a nice stew, but then I usually make a different variant with sweet potato and tomatoes or endive with cheese. But I want it to be light.
