Standing clock with mirror from boring IKEA cabinet (diy)
This time no do it yourself of myself that I want to share with you but the great idea of my sweet creative friend Sandy. Currently, little comes out of my own hands unfortunately. It's not that I don't have any ideas but unfortunately I don't have that much time to work on the diy projects that I really have. When I said this to Sandy, she said, “Sometimes creativity needs a short vacation!” and I'll hold on to that. I asked her if I could share her idea, and not only the idea but also the pictures she made of her diy project, with the world and I could. So this time it is a bit: “better nicked than bad thought” but on the other hand it has become so much fun what she has made that I find it very inspiring and would like to share. At least my own hands are itching to get back to work on my own when I look at the pictures. Below you can see how she has transformed a black boring IKEA cabinet into an insanely fun floor clock with mirror.
Sandy had posted the pictures with the following words:”Result of a creative weekend. What used to be a boring black IKEA cabinet is now a tough floor clock (still with compartments). And the mirror, just like the numbers and hands of the clock, has also got a tough metal look. Mini-metamorphosis succeeded if you ask me.”
