Preparation

Season the suka paws with meat herbs on both sides and leave for fifteen minutes. If you don't have suka paws, you can also use rib caps. Cut the onions into rings. Put a frying pan on the stove and add roasting butter.

Heat the meat briefly on both sides and add 250 ml of water. Reduce heat. Add the onion rings, bay leaves, cloves. Crumble the two slices of gingerbread and add to the pan.
