Today I made stew and used wild plants/herbs.

I had organic potatoes and half a Chinese cabbage in the house.

the following plants are plucked;

  • dasgarlic
  • whistleweed varie
  • gated yellow dead nettle
  • celandine
  • sticky
,

a few twigs, a handful of deadly nettle, a handful of celandine, a handful of celandine
