Bullying
Today, I have an incomprehensible testimony.
It's about colleagues, and there is quite a bit wrong between them.
How can it be that bullying among adult people
exists?
You've sunk far in my eyes if you get involved with that.
Often there are only one or two,
the rest. walks me silently.
Perhaps out of fear of not being a target yourself,
comforting with thoughts: “It's just fun, isn't it”.
Not realizing that the impact gnaws slowly like a worm,
not knowing the burden that the other person bears painfully.
Or yes, but why all those turning eyes and
so many closed mouths?
Are people really waiting for lives to be permanently injured?
Why anyway? Why.
Adult people!
How did they get this far?
The surprise led us to investigate, and the following was heard:
Often, perpetrators themselves were victims.
This may surprise us the most.
It's hard to explain. We say:
“What you don't want to happen to you, don't do to anyone else”
Still, if harm has been caused,
people often choose to go differently.
A damage from the past
definitely affects the present.
But okay. no matter how you look at it,
make sure you fight against bullying.
Don't walk me and break this cycle where only
victims are.
And remember: “Consequences are sometimes big in action or so small”
