Stop a heart break ...

-How can you stop a heart break ?              
Cry … You cry …                          
I know the universe seems to be stable but we are struggling in …                                                                                       
                    It's something we need to handle .  
And no matter how much not desirable the feelings is , it's a feeling that every human being will experience , one way or another…                                                                                         
  But So much of us try to avoid it by spending time engaged in ridiculous activities and they forget that this feeling is needed to be felt , they all are avoiding the consideration that we are going to die or the people we love are going to die or disappear from our lives …            
Then , we keep on closing our hearts to stop the hurt , we're defending ourselves against the pain and we forget that accepting the hurt and feeling it is Love …      
we love and that's why we get hurt , we get hurt because our hearts really cracks open ..          
the hurt comes from opening our hearts ..  
So let's just accept it and cry when it's needed to do so …. ❤
