Recently, I was forced to share a short story from a collection I am currently working on when a 22-year-old girl microbiology student was raped and murdered in Benin, Nigeria when she went to study in a church. Coincidentally, bothered by the upsurge of rape in Africa's most populous country, I had started work on this piece titled 'Hunter.' Already, it has had over a hundred views and I just hope that somehow, my story touches someone somewhere. Even if just one person.

I hope more people across the world get to read this story. I have shared a link below. I would love to hear your comments. The truth is, we all have either a mother, sister, daughter, grandma or aunt out there. We are all in this together.
