Strawberries in the snack

Snacks in my house are almost a religion that must be fulfilled in daily hours, so I always ingenuity to give them a healthy treat that they like and satisfy.
We all know about its healthy and nutritious benefits, that is why strawberry yogurt is the favorite of the whole family and I prepare it weekly so that we all give ourselves a taste, but what really unites the family when it comes to making it is strawberry jam, all willing to help and eat while preparing.
Today I show you how to prepare strawberry jam that we add to homemade yogurt.

Ingredients
1 Kilo of Strawberries.
3 cups of sugar.
1 Lemon.

Procedure:
I start by crushing the strawberries in a bowl and then put on a low heat in a cast iron paila along with the cup of sugar and lemon juice while stirring until the sugar dissolves and when this occurs increase the temperature of the fire leaving it to boil but still move so that it does not burn. Once it boils enough and I notice that it already has a bright porridge consistency the bottom of the burner and let it cool and then pour it into very clean, dry and sterilized glass containers or in each container where I will add yogurt.
Let cool and it's ready to enjoy.
