This fresh and nutritious granola combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries and bananas with crunchy almonds and oat flakes. Perfect for a tasty and healthy breakfast!

Kitchen necessities

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and scoops
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Cutting board and knife
  • Airtight storage jar

Ingredients (for 2 portions)

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 100 g fresh strawberries (in pieces)
  • 1 ripe banana (sliced)
  • 30 g almonds (roughly chopped)

Preparation method

  1. Mix the oat flakes and almonds : Place the oat flakes and chopped almonds in a large mixing bowl and stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add the fruit : Add the strawberries and banana slices to the mixture. Mix everything together carefully so that the fruit is not crushed too much.
  3. Serving : Serve the granola with milk, yoghurt or plant-based milk of your choice for a delicious, refreshing breakfast.
