Following our update of Yoors Rant: There is no payment provider that accepts what Yoors wants to do and Important update on Stripe subscriptions, payments, and payouts. After several attempts to resolve the situation with Stripe, we have regrettably reached a point where Stripe has permanently closed our account. Despite going back and forth with their support team, Stripe has refused to reopen our account, leaving us with no choice but to seek alternative solutions. As a result, we are currently facing disruptions to our platform's functionality, including payouts, shop access, and subscription purchases.

What This Means for Our Users:

  1. Payouts Are Temporarily Unavailable
    For our valued creators, we are currently unable to process or request payouts due to Stripe's decision. Your earnings are still secure and will still be able to be paid out later, and we are actively working to restore payout capabilities. We anticipate that this could take 14-30 business days as we integrate with a new provider. Please bear with us during this time.

  2. Shop Access Suspended
    Unfortunately, our shop is temporarily inaccessible, preventing users from purchasing products or services through Yoors. We understand the inconvenience this causes and are working hard to restore access as quickly as possible.
